Welcome to the Internet home of BIGLuv Rottweilers.

This website is dedicated to my Rottweilers and the things I do with them.

 

My name is MARY JOHNSON and my life has been dominated by Rottweilers for the last 25 years. I have focused primarily on training and showing dogs, but I have occasionally bred a litter when I could put the right male and female together. I have successfully trained, shown and titled my own dogs, and client dogs, in the Sieger arena (working and conformation) and in the AKC arena (conformation and obedience). My club affiliations and activities include: ARV, USA (Blue Tahoe Schutzhund Club), USRC, NIRK, AKC, and ARF.

I find it particularly rewarding to train people to handle their own dogs. I am a hands on trainer. I train in groups and one-on-one. On rare occasions I take a client dog into my home to begin its training. I never take training material off someone else's website and pass the techniques off as my own and charge my clients for it. I am proud of my individual success, but I am most proud of the success of my clients.

Finally, I want to thank the two people who have done so much to support me in my endeavors: Ray and Karel Simms. You have believed in me and been my friends and I cherish you both.

Why “BIGLuv”?  Because it’s all about the love of the dogs, isn’t it?

BIGLuv Rottweilers wants to congratulate and thank all their dedicated puppy owners who show and train their own dogs to conformation and working titles.

BIGLuv has only bred four  litters since its inception. But what we lack in quantity we make up for in quality and class both on and off the show fields.

Thank you all for your part in making BIGLuv Rottweilers a name we can all be proud of.
